Before your event, you'll get access to our Client Planning Portal to build your timeline and set your playlists. For weddings, Mike brings a dedicated 2nd DJ and assistant to manage precise music cues for ceremonies and speeches. This frees Mike to step out from behind the booth to MC, coordinate with your vendors, and perfectly direct the energy during pivotal moments like the cake cutting. Night of? You won't have to think about the music once.

Mike Hannigan has been behind the decks in Tampa Bay for over a decade. He cut his teeth in the club scene — reading rooms, building energy, and mixing live — before bringing that same nightclub-level skill set to private events and weddings.
SBS Events was born out of one simple frustration: too many DJs were getting by on autopilot. Mike built something different. A company where every event gets a custom plan, a DJ who actually listens, and a standard of professionalism that venues and planners across Hernando, Pasco, and Hillsborough County have come to rely on.
When he's not on the decks, he's probably scouting new music, tinkering with the client portal, or over-preparing for a ceremony he's already done 50 times.
