Q&A Deep Dive · Music

Can we provide our own custom music file for a special dance or cultural tradition?

Absolutely! Many couples have custom-edited tracks for their first dance, a unique mashup for a parent dance, or specific cultural music that might not be readily available on mainstream platforms like iTunes or Spotify.

How to Share Custom Audio

If you have a custom audio file (an MP3, WAV, or M4A file), you can simply email it to us or upload it directly through a Dropbox or Google Drive link.

Important: We highly recommend sending these files to us at least 14 days before your wedding.

Why We Need It Early

1. Format verification: We need to load the file into our professional DJ software (Serato or Rekordbox) to ensure it is not corrupted and reads perfectly.

2. Audio normalization: Sometimes a custom YouTube rip or home-edited track has extremely low volume. We run custom tracks through our software to normalize the audio levels, ensuring it hits the speakers with the same clarity and punch as the rest of our professional library.

3. Backup protection: Getting the file early ensures it syncs to our cloud backups and is downloaded locally to both our primary and backup laptops.

Whether it's an inside joke audio clip, a viral TikTok mashup for your bridal party entrance, or traditional music from your heritage, we will make sure it sounds incredible on our system.
